Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations:
As a general rule, all sales made on Prashant Chaturvedi (Website/App) are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. Prashant Chaturvedi reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case (i) we are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner and/ or (ii) the user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use.
Refunds:
We do not provide refund for any product once the order is confirmed. There is no obligation to provide refund. Each provider reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion.
Several types of goods such as Video Courses, eBooks, Downloadable PDF files are exempt from being returned. Hence we do not provide refund for any product once the order is confirmed.
No refund will be issued under any circumstances and Prashant Chaturvedi stands all power to manipulate the offerings according to the exam date announcements so that it will benefit all and the course does not target any individual demands.
We possess all power to complete the syllabus accordingly and we are not liable for announcement of exam dates early or after course expiry date.
